Athletics
  • April 28-30: Men's tennis will host the ASC Championships. The Comets earned the right to host the ASC Men's Tennis Championships for the first time in program history after claiming the league's West Division title. Eight ASC teams will be on campus Thursday (April 28) through Saturday (April 30) to compete for the conference's automatic berth into the NCAA Division III National Tournament.
  • April 28-30: Softball at ASC Championship. The Comets qualified for the ASC Championship Tournament for the third time in four seasons and will open play Thursday (April 28) on the campus of UT Tyler.
  • May 20: Comet Club Golf Classic, 9 a.m., Firewheel Golf Park. We are looking for foursomes for the department's annual fundraising golf tournament. For information, contact Rob Bogardus at extension 6166.

Recreational Sports
  • May 1: Last day for group exercise classes for the spring semester.
  • Student Flora Yan qualified for USA Cycling Nationals. As a club member, she competes in USA cycling against other NCAA collegiate and semi-pro riders. She will travel to Marshall, NC to compete after finals.
 
Wellness Center
  • April 25-29: Stress Free Week. PHEDs will be distributing coloring books, puzzle books and information about stress relief and suicide prevention to students. Times/locations will vary.
